Dear Managers, What made you think that having two workers on a Sunday (busy day) was a good idea? I love this place, but I have... noticed lately that there are only two workers in the front when store is with lots of customers waiting. Not good! Customers donot like to wait unnecessary time. Came in at a slow time, there were two team members that helped me. The drink I ordered is a hard one to blend (I know because I... used to work at a Smoothie King) and typically it comes out icy because of the vegetables. As they were making it, I saw that itwas coming out icy and one girl was trying to fix it, she ended up doing the whole thing over again and made it to come outtasting like a smoothie, very good texture. So disappointed. I love Smoothie King but this was my first time at this location and they made my drink wrong. I have food... allergies so this was a big deal to me. I tried calling like 4 times to get it fixed since I wasn?t by the store anymore andtheir phone was busy the entire time. It didn?t get fixed :/ Read more
I usually get a post workout smoothie if i?m in a rush and can?t sit down with a salad from salata. This location isn?t my usual... place. I decided to give it a shot but not only was the staff I presume high school kids were talk bad about customers but thealso lack blending skills because I still had chunks of fruits in my smoothie. What was supposed to be simple took longer thanexpected to consume. I had added booster into my drink found a small pocket of it unmixed in the middle of my drink. I love smoothie king, the workers are great and go as fast as they can (which I don?t know if they are shortstaffed or not) but... if you order online from here make sure you have AMPLE TIME. Didn?t receive my drink until 15 minutes after pickup time whichwas just a high anxiety, high stress situation for me. The staff is always very kind and the facility is clean and the smoothiesalways tasty but if it?s going to take more time it?d be nice if the app accounted for that. Read more
Placed a mobile curbside order for 3 smoothies today - Greek Yogurt Strawberry Banana, Greek Yogurt Pineapple Mango, & Vegan... Dark Chocolate Banana - and they were all delicious and made exactly as we ordered! They did not take very long to prepare oursmoothies and the gentleman that brought them to the car was very friendly & professional. He even complimented my car so bonuspoints for that! Definitely happy with the quality & taste of our drinks so we?ll be back again. I did notice a sign in thewindow - $5 32oz smoothies on Fridays - we will be sure to snag that deal soon! Read more
