Dear Managers, What made you think that having two workers on a Sunday (busy day) was a good idea? I love this place, but I have... noticed lately that there are only two workers in the front when store is with lots of customers waiting. Not good! Customers donot like to wait unnecessary time. Came in at a slow time, there were two team members that helped me. The drink I ordered is a hard one to blend (I know because I... used to work at a Smoothie King) and typically it comes out icy because of the vegetables. As they were making it, I saw that itwas coming out icy and one girl was trying to fix it, she ended up doing the whole thing over again and made it to come outtasting like a smoothie, very good texture. So disappointed. I love Smoothie King but this was my first time at this location and they made my drink wrong. I have food... allergies so this was a big deal to me.
