Never before have we given up on our smoothies here. Today was the first. 1/3 girls working was extremely rude and... unfriendly. Both our drinks came out different then what they always do. These are going into the trash. Paying a premium fora drink you?d expect it to be great! Read more
I love this place! I get smoothies here maybe 3-4 times a week during school. I enjoy the meal replacement smoothies they offer.... Staff are very helpful, friendly, also suggest what smoothies you should try. Fast service at times but great smoothies. Ihighly recommend smoothie king to anyone and this location is very convenient for students. Read more
Good service very clean
I previously worked at the Smoothie king in San Antonio at the UTSA Campus in 2017. Ever since I left, the manager Patricia has... bullied me. I go up to smoothie king from time to time, and all my experiences have been unpleasant. She stares at me with a mugon her face, I reached my hand out for a straw and she threw it on the counter and walked off. She has terrible customer serviceand is rude and is not fit to be a manager. She plays favoritism with all her employees and cusses at them and overworks them.This previous encounter that I had today, there was a long line and she waited till I got to the front to come to the registerto bully and monitor the transaction.
