Store closes at 8pm on Sundays but I can't place a mobile order through the app past 5pm?? Very confusing and inconvenient.

Ordered 20 minutes ahead, got in the store 5 minutes after my pickup time and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make... it. Why does it take 30 minutes to make a smoothie? People who came in the store after me got their order before me when we bothordered one smoothie; what's the point of ordering ahead? Read more

Waited 24 min for an order I placed with only 1 customer ahead of me. Asked about it at the 20 min mark for her to advise oh its... coming and work an order placed after mine..really? It was like the young lady was lost. Maybe this just wasn't her day. Read more
Okay, so I really do love replacing a meal sometimes with a massive smoothie from Smoothie King... The vanilla Shredder with... energy and multi-vitamin is super dang good! I go for the large, I can't ever finish it, but I'm literally not hungry all day.Kinda a solid win on busy days! Minus 1 star is really just because it can kinda take forever sometimes.
