Ordered online and picked up for dine in. I noticed that drive thru was busy but dining room was empty. It was clean and had a... pleasant temp. I have always ordered the Original sandwich but tonight I had the Medium French Dip. It was very tasty with agood amount of meat. The Sourdough bread gives the sandwich enough flavor that the beef broth flavor is almost drowned out. Allin all a great sandwich. Read more
Wow the manager locked the door as I came in. I stood there knocking till she opened it. The food was fantastic. I miss... Schlotzskys in Fresno. The manager kept the door locked with 5 people inside causing a clear violation of fire code. When Iasked her why she said she didn't want people inside??? I didn't even know how to respond so I laughed at her and ask what wouldyour corporate office think? Better yet if I call fire marshal and the doors locked with people inside? No response ofcourse. the manager Melissa is extremely sweet! i previously had a problem with someone working the drive through but Melissa went out... of her way to ensure that everything was right the next time I came back. Emilio has been working the drive through window thelast few times and he is very sweet, funny and delightful!! I didn?t catch the name of the newest girl taking orders, but shemade us feel very welcomed and I?m glad that there are improvements in staff? I know it?s hard to find good new workersnowadays! Be honest first time in a Schlotzsky's, food was very good, relaxed atmosphere (liked that alot) personally I hate feeling like... I am being rushed when ordering, I ordered 3 full meals price was steep, associates where friendly and respectful food came outfast I had a number 5 chicken sandwich ???? and loved it the Jalapeño potatoe chips was a great touch with the meal. The hubby and I love to share a very large hot ham and cheese and no one does it better! Their tortilla soup.. Only awesome!... Wonder why they took that off the menu? But the replacement potato soup is easily the best in town. I had to figure just abouteverything they offer would be tasty.. except their new calzone doesn't measure up. Or maybe it was having a bad day. I won't bebuying it again. The bread was too thick and way undercooked and the sauce tasted like Prego. Ugh. Read more
