2019: Always great sandwiches and service. It can get a little crowded. Update Feb 21' - Unfortunately, it seems their best... employee no longer works there. Customer service has certainly declined. No eye contact and having hot sauce packets throwntowards you. :/ Read more
Food was good, experience was honestly REALLY POOR. I ordered online and was trying to redeem a birthday reward with my order... but the app was hard to navigate and wouldn't allow me to add my free sandwich ???? I ended up getting overcharged for my orderonline and tried to ask for a manager's help when I went to pick up my order at the window inside. The person I spoke to gaveme a "oh sorry, we can't control the app.." sort of response, really didn't care at all and didnt offer help or try to get amanager to help me get refunded. Left feeling very disappointed considering the only reason I ordered food was so that I coulduse that birthday reward! Read more

We came to participate in the customer appreciation day event and didn't... need 8 cinnabons, any they made sure our extras would make it into the bellies of someone they knew nearby in need. I have ate at this establishments several times and loved it but I went there on Saturday and the food was awful. I just had a... turkey sandwich and I asked for everything one it. I guess lettuce and tomatoes is everything. The bread has way too much sourdough and the meat was sour. The employees were too much interested in picking up something. They was way too muchconversation between the workers and someone else. They were just standing around. The next time I go there, if I do go thereagain I will tell them about my experience and they wlll have to do better. Read more
