Waited in drive through for over half an hour. The car in front of me left? gave them my card to pay and then they told me... their computers are down. Then they over charged me and had to give me a refund? when I saw inside they had a huge order goingand people just standing around letting one person do all the work? horrible service? Read more
Totally not as good as it used to be. The woman at the register was super rude to me and my mother, and treated her friends... much better when they came in. Her friends, who ordered after us, got their food fifteen minutes before us. My mother and Iwaited about 30 minutes for our food, and we both ordered simple pizzas. We had to ask for a towel to clean our table (it wassuper dirty) and eventually, one of the workers who was on her break helped us out, and that so wasn't fair to her, but I don'tthink they had anyone paying attention to the actual dining area and making sure it was clean. They ran out of ice aswell. The food itself was good, but the restaurant as a whole has really gone downhill from how it used to be, service-wise.I'm sure the drive-thru is probably better staffed and serviced, and if I go to this Schlotzsky's again, I'll probably do that. Their sandwiches are pretty good but today I tried their pizza stuff. It didn?t taste like a normal pizza but it was still... enjoyable. Pretty happy with it. Read more
Stopped in to get a small original at this well known San Antonio sandwich shop. They make their own sourdough bread and add... everything to make a real good sandwich. We were greeted, provided our order, and sat to wait for the sandwich to be deliveredto our table. A few minutes later, and we were eating. OMG are these sandwiches good. Service was friendly, quick,professional and the food was great. I hope you decide to visit one and your experience is a good as mine. Read more
Excellent service and food was excellent. Customer service was outstanding. Wish it was like this at all of their locations,... sometimes the Original sandwich is way too Salty. But this location @ 1604 is the best one yet. It's 18 miles from our house butI think this one is going to be the one we visit more often. Read more
Oh, my, my, my. What a treat. Honestly pulled in today planning to get one of their famous salads. I was too tempted by the... pics and had to get one of their new Calzones. Now, to be honest it was a folded pizza, but is was hot. It was Fresh! It wasloaded! And the packaging, made me laugh. Another great stop just around the corner from my office. First time ever visiting a Schlotzsky's. I really enjoyed my lunch there today. I had the small turkey and guacamole sandwich... with chips and a drink. It was a great sandwich. The restaurant itself was very clean even though we were there during the lunchrush hours. The guy who took our order was very nice and knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and took our orderscorrectly. The inside of the place was pretty cool. Everything seemed new and all the equipment functioned perfectly. Overall, aterrific visit: good food, good place to eat, and great customer service! Read more
My sandwich was delicious as usual. Unfortunately the dining room needed attention. There were food scraps, spills and trash on... some tables and the floor. It's not as there were lots of orders or customers. I'd classify this as neglect. Read more
