I live 30+ minutes away and sometimes stop at the drive thru here to bring a sandwhich home to eat. Today I sat in the lunch... rush line. Looked in the bag to make sure everything was there and got all the way home to eat and I don't even know what thissandwich is. I ordered a turkey bacon club and have no idea what I'm looking at but definetly not the right sandwhich. Spent $19for 2 meals and I'm disappointed ones going in the trash. It looks disgusting. I tried calling the store and no response.Emailed customer service hopefully someone refunds or does something because this is ridiculous and a waste of money. Read more
Wife and usually order through doordash however we were already out and about and decided to pick up food from here. While the... quality of food was good, it wasn't what we ordered. I had specifically ordered a fiesta chicken and asked (and paid for) themto add Angus beef to the order and the wife asked for no onions on hers. They gave two fiesta chickens but with none of therequests we asked. A few days later we called our credit card company and had them dispute the charge, and because it was under$50, it was instantly refunded without question. This location needs to make sure their employees are actually reading andlistening to orders being placed. Read more
This has been by far the worst sandwiches I?ve ever had from Schlotzsky?s. So bad I went back for a refund. The sandwich bun was... falling apart, it looked and felt like it wasn?t cooked or maybe it didn?t have enough yeast. Parts of the meat were cold andyou?re telling me I was going to be spend almost 12 dollars when I can get a burger and large fry with a drink for atwhataburger for 10 dollars. Read more
Ordered the bogo pizza from my phone on the way home and it was ready and waiting for me when I got there. It?s on their bread... but I personally love bread pizzas?I get a pepperoni and a veggie one then eat them half and half. Just perfect for one and Iget two meals from it. Great taste! Great value.
