I found a cockroach in my food about a month ago. Then I went last week to see if they had gotten rid of the pest already,... because I used to love this place, and then first thing I see when I get to the register is a cockroach on the wall. I meanseriously, what is this place and Ingram Mall doing about this!? P.S I am also speaking up because I just saw another reviewwith a similar experience. Read more

Use to be really delicious years ago when they gave out samples and said "yummy yummy chicken" but now they do like door dash... orders and it takes forever to get your food in person and the quality is just not there anymore. they are definitely focused onquantity and to go orders, makes me sad cuz i will not be craving this place anymore. This is my favorite place to get noods. Their chicken teriyaki with extra yum yum sauce is the best. Also the dumplings are to... die for. It also comes with spicy siracha dipping sauce on the side. They also have fried rice that?s amazing but I always getthe noodles. Plenty of Left overs since the portions are huge but I?d recommend getting the extra chicken for $1.99 more. Highly recommend. Sometimes the wait sucks but I promise it?s worth it. You?ll thank me later also they serve steak and shrimpbut I always get the chicken. All this food was $32.50 worth every penny. Read more

First time trying this place and have been going to Ingram forever. Tried this place out plus had good reviews other then the... few low star comments which I cant see how,, this is my new go to Japanese restaurant. Got the teriyaki chicken w noodles. Greatfood, super fresh, good portions, decent prices and great taste. Had the dumplings also and we?re so good. Simple yet soodelicious. Will recommend and will be going back whenever I?m getting a bite to eat at Ingram. Read more
I have been going to this place for years since it even opened. After yesterday I would never go back. I want to rate a zero but... forced to put a 1 star rating. Me and my boyfriend went to get a order of teriyaki chicken and steak and shrimp . While placingour order my boyfriend requested for his steak to cook longer. The cashier taking the order said no they will not cook the steaklonger . We made the request again thinking probably she did not hear our request and again she says no and this time goes theydon't cook the food well done on weekends per request. I then had to ask her what is the difference on the weekends . Thiscashier had the nerve to say it is too many customers waiting to get there order they do not have time. At this point thecashier as well as the workers behind her had smearks on there face like it was funny because we could not have our food cookedhow we requested. I then told her that's not right we are paying customers just like the rest and come at least once a week andyou mean to tell me you can not cook the steak longer. At this point me and my boyfriend let her know we will not be purchasinganything and she can cancel the order. I feel it was very rude and poor service on there part. They have changed over the yearsI remember when it was 6.00 for a plate now it's almost 9.00 but I still would go because it was good. After this recentincident we will never be back.
