Ordered the California rolls and Combo Yakisoba through UberEATS. The California rolls had a buy one get one free offer and were... very fresh and yummy. The Yakisoba was PACKED with chicken, beef, and shrimp. Amazing flavor and piping hot. Alot of food and was able to split into two meals. Read more

Sushi was amazing. Service was great. My date was hot. 4/5 stars though because I thought the lobster tail was going to... actually have lobster in it (it?s just the shell for presentation), instead it comes with fried chunks of lobster. Stilldelicious, just a tad misleading for a $22 roll. Read more

Stopped in for lunch while in the area, had never been but wasn't disappointed. Got the gyoza, shaggy dog and San Antonio roll.... Really nice service, got everything quick and it really hit the spot. Read more

We ordered the Dragon Roll (my fave sushi roll from all that we had ordered), House Roll, Rasta Roll, Rocky Hand Roll, Unagi... Hand Roll (pretty good) and the Sukiyaki Udon Noodle Soup (the best) Ordered to go and was shocked to see the udon noodlesmixed in with the broth in a container (normally most places separate the broth and noodles for to go orders). Surprisingly, that was our favorite meal! Forgot to take a pic of the udon because we ate that so fast! Would highly recommend that udon soup! Read more

I ordered several things. I didn?t like the sake cafe roll. The spring rolls were okay, but not crispy. The oyster tempura was... good. I wish they would include more ginger with it, the amount they out it?s so small. Read more

When I and my guests walked in, I immediately noticed people looking at us and what made it more uncomfortable their eyes... followed us all the way to our seats. I looked back at them finally after I sat down and they stopped. Then the waitress came byand I tried being a little humorous, but she wasn't going with it. I then decided to just be normal with the waiters because Iinferred that they were just being professional. The waiters took a while to refill our cups. Our initial waitress argued withme that there was no Rootbeer soda when I had just gotten a refill from another waiter. She even had the nerve to tell me that Ididn't know what I was drinking. My initial drink was sweet tea, but she said they only served unsweet. I then decided to mixthe unsweet with the sweet soda. I told her to serve a bit of tea and add the rest sprite soda. The cup came back very dark andtasted like unsweet tea. It should have been a very light brown if she had done it right. Then I'm told there was militarydiscount and I ask if it was per person or per ticket or if there was another method. I was told no, which was okay. After awhile, I am told there is no military discount at all. This is San Antonio Tx and I strongly believe there should be militarydiscounts all over this great military city. I then tasted the food and if not for the extra sauce that was brought to me; Iwouldn't have eaten it. The sushi at Chopstix, for me, tasted better than the ones I ordered there. I then got the bill andnoticed an added 18% gratuity charge. It was just 4 of us there. The service was bad and the food wasn't very good. I will neverreturn there. So disappointed with this place. UPDATE: AUG. 7 2021 The manager spoke with me and paid me back the wrongfulgratuity charge. She told me we could actually let the waiters knows how to cook the items on the menu to better suit our wants. She apologized for the treatment we were given. I changed from 1 star to 3 stars. I am hoping that military Read more

Nice Japanese restaurant in Stone Oak. Walked in and was immediately greeted and given the option to pick any table as it was... not crowded. Waitress was very prompt in bringing drinks and taking the orders. She was very friendly and did a great job ofconstantly stopping by. Ordered the soft shell crab and calamari frito as appetizers. There's not many places to get softshell crab, so had to try it. It was well-prepared and plated nicely. The batter was very crunch and the soft shell crab veryflavorful. The calamari frito was a nice surprise too. It was thicker and sushi grade squid instead of the thinner calamari atmost places. For the meals, ordered the Karaegi Chicken, Combo Yakisoba, Mini Chirashi, and two pieces of Yellowtail sushi. The mini chirashi was a nice mix of 3 pieces of tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. The sushi was all very fresh and of good quality. The seaweed salad that came with it was also really good; I'd even recommend that as an appetizer or side dish. The yakisobabento meal came with a small salad, gyoza, and small rolls. The salad had a nice dressing, gyoza was nice and crispy, and rollswere what you'd expect. The yakisoba noodles were good, but the meats were a little dry. The karaegi chicken was different andin no related to karaage chicken. It must be their own dish as I'm not familiar with an actual karaegi chicken. Instead of thedeep fried karaage chicken, the karaegi chicken is marinated and served in the sauce. It reminded me of a chicken dish you mayreceive at a Chinese restaurant. Not that it was bad, but was different than I expected. Overall, good experience as the sushiwas of good quality and grade. Service was great. I'll probably return and order from the sushi menu. Read more
