Never have I ever had a better steakhouse experience! Where to start? The amazing smile that greets you as you are being served?... The chic style and ambiance? The clever and flavorful sides? Or maybe it's the fact that my server just made the experience soamazing?! Fabulous experience from beginning to end thanks to Sonya. She was taking care of multiple tables, and still gave usoutstanding service as if it was just us! Ask for Sonya the next time you go and you won’t regret it! Great restaurant. Pricey, but I expected it. We were celebrating a few occasions so it was worth it. Crab cakes are delicious!... It's very busy so I recommend making a RESERVATION before coming. We almost didn't get in. Before is my Snapper entree and myhusband's Ruth Chopped Salad. Read more

Food: filet was very solid, ribeye good if not a bit fatty, the lobster was over salted. Broccoli au gratin was par, chop salad... was good, potatoes were forgettable. I went here my first night in town because it was extremely convenient to walk from my hotel. I’ve been to many Ruths... Chris’s, but this location may be the best all around I always sit at the bar, and I suggest you do as well. Tony andShawn are some of the finest and professional bartenders I’ve ever encountered. The first night I went, I had the petitefilet (cooked exactly as ordered) and au gratin potatoes. The food was excellent but the masterpiece was the ranch waters thebartenders altered to my taste. I topped the night off with a coffee with baileys and Jemison and it was exactly the way Iliked it. The service and food were so good, I went there the next night. The bartenders remembered my name, had a ranchwater (exactly as I ordered the night before) waiting when I got back from the restroom, and the glass stayed full until Ibegged them to stop. I had the blackened snapper which was absolutely excellent. Yes. Ruth’s Chris is expensive, but atleast at this location, the food and service are at the top of there class. Drinks are strong pours in over sized glasses. Food portions are always more than I can eat. So, factoring the equation, I could argue it’s quite a value. I don’t give5 stars often.
