Jacob tended to us and is absolutely the epitome of excellent customer service. He?s like a beautiful hummingbird flying from... table to table and it?s amazing to watch. We sat outside to eat and our server was Steve. He is also the bartender. He was attentive but not too attentive(I hate it when... they hover) He was in the perfect middle. He also made an amazing strawberry daiquiri. The loaded baked potato fries were sogood. The onions, tomatoes and bacon bits were not rubbery and tasted very fresh! The mushrooms on the mushrooms burger Iordered were not rubbery and tasted fresh! I have ordered from other places where they taste like the can they came outof! I feel like their burgers are smaller than they used to be... But they still taste good! Waiter /staff was ok. Not excellent but... not terrible. Where do I even begin? My first experience with Red Robin was delightful! I am not one for French fries or burgers, but I was... willing to give this place a try. Glad I did! The seasoning they have on the fries to the dipping sauces are just exquisite!This place took my significant other and I back to our first date! It's a dining experience that speaks for itself and I enjoyedthe food to the point that I decided it would be okay to splurge on fried food. Great service. Our waiter was stretched thin also bartending but made our stay pleasant. We didn't have an abnormal long wait... despite the obvious shortness in staffing. Food was awesome and tasty. Everyone was polite and friendly. Read more

This is the 3rd time I've been at this particular location. This location is understaffed and overworked. I came in and ordered... for take out. Not only was my server polite and quick, I saw him make shakes, take other people their orders, and wasn't at allnegative. The hamburger patties appear to be getting smaller. The meal was still tasty. The issue of staffing is evident here as well as... most restaurants so the poor staff is slow at responding due to handling too many tables. Read more
