Based on my last visit, this place definitely earns 5 stars. I had recently been downtown to the Hard Rock Cafe, and after being... disappointed by their attempt at a mushroom burger, it left me craving Red Robin's. They did not disappoint. Complimentary frieshit the table right after our drink order was taken, and our burgers were out very quickly. This burger had two times as manymushrooms, and was just tastier overall. Excellent food and service! Quickly seated and menu questioned answered by knowledgable waitstaff. Food was brought to the... table, correctly placed (without asking who had what), and was all the right temperature. Taste was excellent and quantity offood was spot-on for our hungry group. We went for dinner today. It wasn?t very busy. It seemed like they may have some staff shortage but the girl at the bar was... super sweet and took our order within 5 mins. We always get the onion ring tower it?s amazing and must get the red Robbin sauceto go with it. Also come with ranch. I got the pig out burger which is so good. I get it every time I go. It comes with thisbacon jam that?s amazing. Husband tried the new monster burger and he said it was delicious and was so full after we left. Don?t forget the bottomless fries not that we need them because they have us a lot with our food. I tried the garlic Parmesanfries and they were okay not what I was expecting tbh and wouldn?t get them again but definitely something different to try. The regular fries were outstanding as always. We always love coming here and have never had bad food or service. We even wentfor my bachelors degree graduation dinner because I love it so much. Update; We came here for lunch today, December 19th. My previous review I gave it 5 stars, but because of today, I dropped it to... 4 stars. We asked for a table for 5 and they gave us a table for 4. We saw larger tables and asked the hostess if we couldeither push two tables together or move to a larger table. She said she would have to ask her manager and until he approves theright size table to fit our needs that we would have to wait up front for 5-10 minutes. They ended up seating us into a cornerbooth that was ok, but a bit cramped. About 30 seconds later they sat a party of 5 at the table was asked for. Very rude anddisrespectful of them. The waiter was very nice but extremely slow. The food took forever to get and it was barely warm. It musthave been ready for a little while before it was brought to us. The onion rings on the tower were overcooked to burnt. Theburgers were dry and the turkey BLT, had very little bacon. We came here on May 4th for dinner and it was our first time tothis location. Everything was great. Well cooked, seasoned and flavorful. We all enjoyed our food and the service was very good.We will definitely return. Read more
