I give the food 5 stars. For those who have never been to never ending shrimp here is the catch you first get a giant helping of... the FIRST plate IF you finish it then you can order more BUT BUT the rest are small tiny servings ALSO it takes 20 min to getyour next plate every time you want a refill it takes more than ten minutes. It was super busy , but our server Alicia was awesome! She was so friendly and helpful. Her suggestions for dinner were perfect!... Even though the restaurant was busy, Alicia made sure that we were taken care, fresh biscuits, fresh drinks. One of the bestdining experiences I’ve had in a while! Waiter was slow, kept forgetting item. The birthday girls water never made it to the table. Her salad was not served prior to... the meal, we had to ask for it. The salad was brought to the table after her stake and lobster was set in front of her. Therewere all minor she loved the food. We had time no rushing our group, but it could use alitle bit of organization. But all inall the food was wonderful waiters was very courteous. We enjoyed ourselves. We will come again. Read more

Service and food was not good. It was so dead in the restaurant yet our waitress only checked on us once and then left us alone... for the rest of the night, had a serious face on the whole night. No smile. None of our food was hot but the plates were hot.Which also took a while to come out. We had to remind her to get us our refills. This was only my second time going to a Redlobster and I barely remember my first. This place was not super busy but fell into... the understaffed curse. So limited people made a half full place feel like it was packed when waiting for a table. Luckily theservice was still attentive and checked on us regularly. Though the table we were sat at was barely cleaned after the lastcustomers. The food was very good ????. Service by wait staff was impeccable! I enjoyed by dish of salmon, broccoli, and quinoa. It was seasoned well! The cheesy... biscuits were not as fluffy as other locations. The languastini pizza was not the best either. However, overall, I enjoyed mymeal and my boyfriend certainly enjoyed his crispy cod sandwich. Read more
