Ok, the food is DELICIOUS but the Canes sauce is what makes it great. My only complaint is the price, which is ridiculously... high for some chicken tenders and unseasoned crinkle cut fries. Absolutely horrible experience. This entire chain is a rip off, try Chicken Express or Popeyes Instead. We went to this Stone... Oak location around 7:30 on a Wednesday only to get home and find that we?re missing two entire chicken fingers in the Caniaccombo. We paid $15 for four comically small chicken nuggets, some two-day off cole slaw that didn?t quite taste right, and CokeZero. I can?t imagine ever returning to this location, let alone another canes even again. I would recommend saving yourself themoney and doing the same. Read more

This Raising Canes exceeded my expectations. I ordered the box combo with no salt fries, extra crispy chicken and fries with a... b.o.b and 1 extra Canes sauce. Everything came out hot and fresh and prepared exactly to order. Raising Canes is always goodabout making sure the orders are hot and fresh but this location needed some extra recognition. My boyfriend and I visited Cane's yesterday, July 14 around 10 PM, and ordered just a basic 3 Finger Combo with a sweet tea for... myself. We usually have no issues at this location, so we felt no need to check our food before driving off, but this was amistake. By the time we got home, around 10:20, I opened the box to see there was no texas toast in the combo. My boyfriendtried to call the location to let them know, so we can see if we'd be able to come back or if they'd be able to take our namedown for a future visit. Unfortunately, we could not get through to anyone for over 25 minutes. Once we finally did, it was lessthan 10 minutes before 11 PM, closing, and the employee who answered did not seem to care nor wanted to help, we couldn't evenhear their name, and they were very rude and told us to "try again tomorrow" and that they were closed, then hung up on us. Itried to call and couldn't get through either. Since there was no way we'd make it in time before 11 PM, I started to have mymeal, only to discover the chicken tenders were tougher than I ever had before, I could not even chew the meat. I had myboyfriend try it and he also noticed and agreed that was not how it usually is. It was so tough, my cats (who love chicken)wanted nothing to do with it. The experience went from being what seemed an honest mistake to where it felt the employees didn'tcare whether we were happy customers at all. Read more
