really happy with this experience stemming from a bad one a while back. my sister had a dreadful day ahead of her, stopped at... this location and long story short, her order was completely wrong and was missing extras she paid for. she emailed the storemanager, Cathy, who replied back in a timely manner and was very courteous and sincere about the mishap. Cathy gave her an offerfor two free combos to make up for it. my sister, who does not like to complain about anything and is typically pretty shy inthese kinds of situations, asked me to try and redeem the offer. it had been some time since the mistake happened but i visitedtoday and the staff happily honored the offer and was even got the meal out super quick (and correctly)! in the hectic world welive in today, it was very nice to see employees go above and beyond like that, so i just wanted to leave a kind word ofgratitude for the exchange. thank you Culebra Cane?s, y?all rock!
