If I can leave 0 starts I would! I don?t hardly ever go to Ingram mall but the times I do go I always make sure to stop on by... and get a pretzel from here. Well I went on a Sunday around 5:20 and asked for an almond pretzel and was told oh I?m sorry wereonly selling what I have made because we?re already starting to close up! What a SHAME! Terrible customer service Friday night 9/27/19 around 7:40pm for the young girl who did not want to make the specialty pretzels... that had to be made when ordered and they don't close till 9pm. Lazy and just wanted to stand at the register on her phonelaughing. Read more
