Mini pretzel dogs were burnt and cold, I kindly returned the item and the employee was extremely rude. She had a bad attitude... and snatched the pretzeldogs from my hand. I normally love coming to this place but never again. It's OK to make mistakes, ithappens sometimes, but she should have corrected the issue with grace, not an attitude. Read more
