I ordered yesterday off doordash and called the store explaining i was allergic to the meat Capicola on the italian sandwich and... the woman told me it would be no problem to trade it out for turkey. Called today and the manager Waldo i think his name is?Starts with a W. But he was very rude and nasty and said i?d have to pay 4 extra dollars to substitute the turkey. i said i didit yesterday w no problems and he told me he would do it for me today since i already made the order but going forward id haveto pay extra. i asked him how do i do double meat on door dash and he was very rude and nasty and told me to basically figureout myself then hung up the phone in my face. When i got my order, he still put the Capicola I am allergic to on the sandwich soit was inedible. Luckily, door dash refunded the whole order but it is sad when store managers are so disturbinglydisrespectful, you can?t even call someone for an issue to be resolved bc the manager has no empathy in situations. First time at one of the sandwich shops, won't be the last. Had a roast beef, pretty tasty, and nicely toasted. Helpful... employees, especially for the first time there. They explained all the options perfectly. Read more

MMM SAMMICHES BABY ???????????????? We got the CHICKEN SALAD sandwhich. The chicken was great. The mayo was delicious. The... cheese was melted and delicious. The hot peppers are the bomb. The bread is good. Also, we got FREE COOKIES for filling out aquick survey. I would return and I do recommend this sandwhich shop to anyone. Read more
Really dang good. Love the toasted sandwich options. They have a special that feeds a family of 4 for $20 and it's a steal!... Super clean, friendly employees and the oreo shakes were incredible. I'd return just for those alone! Highly recommend! Read more
I got the big meatball sub there today and felt it was lacking...there was a pretty big gap between each of the meatballs and... they weren?t very big to start.I wouldn?t mind if the taste was better...but the sandwich was pretty much on par with the withsubway as far as flavor...but Subway gives you a more proportionionate amount of meatballs. I wouldn?t have minded if thequality was better but this was nothing special. On a positive note: there was live music. Read more
