I ordered yesterday off doordash and called the store explaining i was allergic to the meat Capicola on the italian sandwich and... the woman told me it would be no problem to trade it out for turkey. Called today and the manager Waldo i think his name is?Starts with a W. But he was very rude and nasty and said i?d have to pay 4 extra dollars to substitute the turkey. i said i didit yesterday w no problems and he told me he would do it for me today since i already made the order but going forward id haveto pay extra. i asked him how do i do double meat on door dash and he was very rude and nasty and told me to basically figureout myself then hung up the phone in my face. When i got my order, he still put the Capicola I am allergic to on the sandwich soit was inedible. Luckily, door dash refunded the whole order but it is sad when store managers are so disturbinglydisrespectful, you can?t even call someone for an issue to be resolved bc the manager has no empathy in situations.
