Michael was very friendly and immediately greeted us as we walked in. He went out of his way to ask how our day was going and... what we had planned and truly cares about his customers. Our two chicken salad sandwiches were made completely wrong (online order). They forgot several things we added and they added... things we didn't even ask for. Our sandwiches were also soggy and bland. Employees were complaining as well. I do not recommendthis "sandwhich" shop at all. Read more

Sandwiches are pretty good ... BUT, how are you gonna charge me full price for a Veggie Avocado Melt when you don't have ripe... avocados available ... and then offer me to substitute avocados with a free side? Customer Service was mediocre atbest. Here's a tip: don't work in a customer service job if you don't like serving people. Read more

I can't recall a worst sandwich. First off, the place seems okay but I never saw anyone clean up a table while we were there... (30 minutes or so) We ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich (large to split). Flatbread was not an option for our size. The firstguy did the basic - then sends it through the moving grill. The second guy was to put on the toppings. I have no idea who didwhat wrong, but the 1/2 of sandwich my husband had was dry, and my 1/2 - I only took one bite before the bun blew and I had adeconstructed sandwich. I think the red peppers they use were not drained? Nothing like soggy bread. Also, although itsounded normal when ordering, I don't think their choice of artichokes (too big anyway for a sandwich bite) benefited the flavorof it. Really not a great 1st experience, won't return. OH and 1 sandwich, 1 small drink and 1 small bag of potato chips wereover $16! Yowza. Read more

Not a good experience in terms of food and customer service though the restaurant is well maintained, looks new and clean. The... staff do not create a welcoming or friendly experience. The person taking the order seemed to in a hurry keeping in mind we werethe only customes when we entered. We wanted to pay with our rewards, when asked she right away said the scanner was not workingbut the other person came and showed her how to use it meanwhile we have paid without the rewards and she said sorry. She seemedto be new but she could have asked for help in the first place. As for the food we ordered the Mediterranean sandwich with thestandard sauce that comes with it. The taste was not to our liking. It was very bland and no flavour to it. Maybe it was maderight it could just be a personal choice. ???? The flat bread was good.
