Decent sandwich. Great after a long day of travel.
Always love the sandwiches. So I ordered one hungry as could be to be delivered by the time I get my 30 min lunch. They deliver... the order completely wrong and when I call they can not fix it today... Because they have no driver even though they JUSTdelivered the wrong order... So they can't fix it today . But the next time I call they can fix it.. well if they have a driverI guess .. sad a restaurant I live to eat at delivers the wrong food then can't even fix it the same day theyissed it up in thefirst place. This was my first time eating at a Potbelly. The manager was so helpful with the app and user benefits. He made our salads and... was very hospitable. He knows how to earn repeat business. Of course that only works if the food is great. It was. The salad wasfresh and delicious. Fresh, ripe avocados are extra appreciated and hard to come by in restaurants. They?re perfect here. Wereturned the next day for our free sandwich earned by using the app the first time. Both of our sandwiches were excellent. Thenext time I?m in San Antonio, this is definitely where I?ll be eating.
