Horrible customer service! Went to location twice trying to buy food for lunch. First time at 12pm they stated there would be a... 12 min wait, I left come back they had no pies. I had to ask for my total, the person was not responsive at all, then on the wayback to work I discovered they did not put the biscuit in with the 3 PC meal I ordered!! I will never go back and encourageanyone these days spending your HARD EARNED MONEY Not to Spwnd it with these dry people!!..I will Never go back to this locationeither!!! First of all lady at the drive thru was rude. No customer service at all. When I asked for honey she rolled her eyes and then... asked for utensils and she said they ran out. Seriously could've said that before ordering. I ordered rice and red beans withrice. I then had to ask for my money back and she said the computer was down. Lazy. Can't blame it all on the worker. Lady in the front didn't know what she was doing. If I could give zero stars I would. Waited patiently till it was about an hour... since we had ordered. Asked someone from the back to talk to. Explained what was the problem and the lady in front basicallytried saying I was lying. When we can clearly see her putting orders behind us out and just aimlessly walking around doing whoknows what. Saying oh we're waiting on this or that. Not only did they take this long but once someone else took over shedecides to tell us their out of certain items we had ordered an hour before. It was such a horrible experience. We also watchedthem make chicken burgers for other customers bare handedly and not washing their hands. We are from out of town but definitelywouldn't recommend going here. Wish I would've seen all these reviews before hand. Read more

45 min wait at 43 mins I got a little testy due to the attitudes of the employees and manager especially is useless. Blames... missing items and very slow service on the new girl , screaming it's her first day,! Come on , you are a terrible manager....You send a first day employee to take care of a customer service issue and only peep out your head to scream at your customersaying that it's her first day don't be so rude I have never been talked to you by such idiots and one fast food place so rudelyand this is including from Chicago visits with their intentionally rude at restaurants.
