Out of pure disappointment i have to rate a 1 star. Went through the drive through, used the app for the tender deal and... practically begged the employee at the window to please make sure we get sauces. He pulled us up to park because he was making"fresh fries". We happily did so but reminded him to please not forget the sauces. Food was brought out within a timely mannerand we happily drove home. Upon arriving home we realized that not only were our fries soggy but we did NOT have a singles saucefor our family tenders. Extremely disappointed!! How can I ever trust again..? ???????? Read more
The lady at the drive up window stated she is the manager and couldn't make a .64 cents decision. They had no change so instead... of waiving the change she said "maybe I should have went to the bank yesterday" she rather lose a sale and customer instead oflosing a few pennies. She stated her drawer would be short so I said so Will my wallet. If Popeye's doesn't give you theability to make a 64 cents decision are you really a manager? The chicken is always cooked to perfection. I only eat thighs, ooh wee, so delicious. The red beans and rice tastes pretty... good. I always add sausages and other items that I?ve prepared at home. Lol. I can do without the biscuits. They always seemtoo hard. But?I still love Popeyes. Read more
Been waiting for a 3 piece tender with Mac for 20 minutes and then they tell me there is no Mac. Tried to offer me something... else and I said that's not what I paid for. Told me I have to wait longer for what I ordered. Tired of settling so I'm waiting.A yelling manager, a gblack guy high as hell walking around aimlessly in the back and everyone just screwing around. Placed a simple order for spicy chicken Sandwich combo and popcorn shrimp. order Sweet tea and felt like I was rushed off the... intercom. Once I got to the window and paid with cash and was told to pull up to the trash can. Usually they give you the drinkso I waited a second thinking she would hand it to me, then I would pull up. She never gave me a drink but simply told me topull up to the trash can again. After waiting in the Texas heat a 6 or 7 min I finally was brought my food. I was so ready to behome that it never hit me that I didn't even get my drink. I also wasn't given a receipt to even call my order number in. All inall not a great experience. Read more
Well didn?t get my fries and didn?t get my dips sauces that I asked/ordered. The chicken was a bit burnt or over done. Tenders... were great! Jalapeño were great too. Mac and cheese not so good. Mashed potatoes with gravy were great! Read more
I made a mobile order, thinking it would make the trip faster as I left on my lunch break for work. I ended up waiting in the... drive thru for over 20 minutes. Luckily I could respond to emails on my phone, but the wait time was way too long for a drivethru. They also forgot or mistook my red beans and rice in the order, and gave me chicken tenders instead. The food does tasteand smell good, so I?ll give them that. Read more
