Went through the drive-through, and my order was fresh and hot! Phillip was super nice, and the food was delicious! The chicken... tenders are juicy, and the sides are rich and creamy!!! Definitely recommend this popeyes!! Looking forward to get lunch hereagain! Read more

I haven't been to this store in about 11 months because of a bad experience. I gave them another try and they redeemed... themselves. I placed a large order and the Store Mgr. handled it himself. He was very friendly and attentive. The food wasexcellent. Keep up the good work. Read more

I want to thank popeyes at 7031 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216, for completly ruining me and a co-workers lunch today. I... placed an online order to pickup via the drive thru. I pulled up and they didn't even know I ordered. When they finally foundit, they said it would take an additional 5 minutes. After 7 minutes I walked in and asked to cancel my order, the sheerdisregard and incompetence is astonishing. I will never eat there again after this. I should have just ordered at therestaurant, you guys don't know how to use your own app. To be fair support did reach out and apologized but too little to late,don't go to this store! Read more

Food was as what it's supposed to taste. However for fast food, and not many people there on a weekday afternoon, the service... was really slow. Ordered spicy chicken and tasted it and it wasn't spicy. We told the guy and he was very adamant it was spicy,showed us the mild chicken and said the spicy ones are darker in colour (whatever that means), proving his point that they werespicy ones and it was correct. We've been to Popeyes COUNTLESS times and I've NEVER ever heard someone tell me the darker thecolour, it's actually spicy and also not believing what the customer say. That's not customer is always right attitude. How isit not spicy when I've tasted it myself. We all choose our battles right. Went about 3-4 pm on wed 8/3... The lady took our order which was quick & correct. She was polite & precise & quick .... Everything was awesome Food was Really hot and fresh. Fast service in the drive thru. Like 5 -7 minutesfrom pulling up tofinish. Order was correct. I was impressed by the service. Kudos ???????? Spicy chicken tenders were fresh, as were the Cajun fries, and biscuit. I also tried the new strawberry cheesecake pie. All... wonderful. Don't forget your sweet tea (also fresh!) and to ask for honey for your biscuit! This is how I remembered Popeyes andI hope it stays that way. It's a great location, too. Read more

IMO their chicken mild or spicy taste really good. Also I have to eat it with their buttermilk ranch dipping sauce, something... about it just taste good. Also as they have a special on Tuesday a leg and thigh for $1.99 no limit. I would highly recommendcoming here too. Also this location has always got our order right and fast too. Read more
