It was the worst location ever, no customer service, rude and missing items that I paid for, I was going to call and complain,... but the best thing is for me to just not go back to this location. It wasn't busy, so there was just no excuse for theunprofessional, and lack of detail to the order. I had to drive back to get my sides and was met with rudeness that was notcalled for. Terrible service, There is never ice, nor napkins and today they didn't have all of the above plus the just through my burger in... the bag, and when I told the girl in the drive through she just laughed. The guy in the kitchen just did the same thing, gave memy food not wrapped properly and made a face. Never going back Read more
Sad to say this is by far the slowest Popeyes. I went asking for classic chicken at a chicken place. They said it would be a 12... minute wait because they didn?t have chicken ready. So I said I would wait. Paid and had to park after they moved me forward.After having to get off and walk inside only to have them say they were still waiting on the chicken. Let?s just say I leftclose to 1 hour later with the smallest pieces of chicken ever. I was so disappointed with the food & service at this Popeyes. I downloaded the app to use while in line. My friend & I ordered... the same meal & were told it would be a few minutes which wasn't a problem. We were asked to pull around until it was ready.About 5 cars that came after us got their food. We waited 25 minutes & then went inside. I think everybody besides the managerwas high & I mean that. Not even a little high which would've been fine, but I think they were REALLY high. They couldn't getright. We had to ask for everything that came with the meal besides the chicken. The sides were wrong, we had no utensils, nonapkins, no sauce, missing biscuits.. To get it right literally took another 10 minutes because they were all either arguingwith each other or just confused altogether. I was flabbergasted. The chicken was hot but after waiting 30 minutes it should'vebeen. But when I tell you it had NO FLAVOR!!!! I swear to God it tasted like I was eating hot water. I've never experienced thatbefore in my life. I was starving so I ate some of it but it was truly terrible. Even the biscuits were tasteless. Usually youcan taste some butter, a little salt, but there was nothing. I can't even figure out how they did that. I gave most of it to myfriend's dog.
