These people are not only slow, they are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. Robert is the worst! His own employees do not... like working with him. The dinning area was nasty and Robert was taking drive-thru orders, the money, and fixing their food. Andtheir are no young?s used when grabbing the buns to put on the sandwiches. So nasty. Read more
We've been here multiple times before, but today was very different. I misunderstood the pricing on one of their products after... finishing the transaction at the drive thru. I went inside to see if I could get some clarification. The gentleman who wasmanning the drive thru and the lady who was serving dine in customers went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied witheverything. Thank you so much to the both of you. Went for dinner around 5:30 pm. We wanted to try the new fish sandwich. It was delicious to say the least. The fish was fresh... and crispy. My husband made our fries large which was huge and we couldn?t even finish theM but they were also fresh. I gotthe coleslaw which was so good. I put some coleslaw on my sandwich which was sooo good. Excellent customer service experience from management and the food is delicious! I just wish the gravy in the mashed potatoes... was more abundantly dispersed. First time ever coming to this location....the cashier in the drive thru was very nice and friendly and it didn't take long to... get my food, which was convenient because I was on my lunch break. Everything seemed to taste pretty good until I noticed one ofmy tenders was raw??? Now I'm skeptical to finish my meal because there's no telling if the ones I DID eat we're raw since Iwasn't paying close attention. Read more
Went here the other day with my son. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and some popcorn chicken. We were greeted with nothing but... a friendly, welcoming attitude....placed our order....the courteous employee informed me that the popcorn chicken would be about20min til they would be ready and I had no objections. My order was hot and fresh as it should be.... Shoutout to the veryfriendly and professional manager of this location (I-10/DeZavala) as well for running a very clean and welcoming establishment.Obviously you and your staff are the reason why I always make my way back to your location when I crave Popeyes every time. Nomatter what side of town I'm on. Exceptional customer service is becoming more and more of a rarity these days and I truly dovalue, appreciate, and gladly return to spend and consume.
