I'm the girl that took your order madame. I'm sorry for your experience. Yes I'm still learning about the process of working on... fast pace. I treat everyone with kindness. But when I took your order you were laughing too and saying are you good and startedto laugh like in a friendly way. You also said no its okay . I've put myself out there to speak my truth is the right way to do.I'm still young doing my best I can do all in my power to say I'm sorry. And no we don't do nothing to our food its freshlymade. I used to go to this location but stopped about 6 months ago. The food was always good but the customer service, order accuracy... and extreme delays all became too much for me. However, I recently tried this location again and it was probably the bestexperience I've ever had there. There is a new manager there, I think he said his name was Dustin. He was amazing. I was in andout in a timely manner, MY ORDER WAS actually CORRECT! And I appreciate the high level of customer service I received by Dustinand his team. Thank you!! Read more
Food was good but they messed up my order, second time this has happened. Supposed to have been a 4pc all dark instead I... received 2 breast and 2 wings, someone can not identify chicken pieces. Plus it was salty. Drive through was slow, I guess theycan not take multiple orders at one time, took one order at time after the car at the pick up window left. Read more
I placed a mobile order through the app. When I went inside to get it it took about eight minutes for someone to even greet me.... They were all running around crazy. It was a little busy but I don?t know if maybe they were understaffed. I ended up waitingabout 20 minutes in the store for two sandwiches and two fries. They didn?t seem to care that I was waiting either. I wish Icould say the food was worth it but it wasn?t. And the sandwiches were not hot and fresh. They were barely warm. Read more
Every time we order online they wait to tell us that one or more item are not available. If this was just once it would be fine... but this has happened multiple time. I wish it would be able to let you know somehow. While what food is available is stillgood. Read more
Told me to wait 7 minutes, ended up waiting. 15+ mins. I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches, one of them a combo. They gave me two... regular sandwiches and the fries were thrown directly into the bag making a mess. Read more
The place is clean and gives the food you would expect from a Popeyes. The staff is friendly, but it seems there could be a few... more people working to help with the work load. Good, but expect a wait for you food and in the drive through lane. Read more
I had a chance to go visit this location and I just have to say: this has to be the ? best location in San Antonio, Texas?,... without a doubt. Customer service beyond what other people offer. All The other businesses around the San Antonio area couldlearn a thing or two about running a business and how to treat customers. Clean, fast, courteous above and beyond.
