I'm the girl that took your order madame. I'm sorry for your experience. Yes I'm still learning about the process of working on... fast pace. I treat everyone with kindness. But when I took your order you were laughing too and saying are you good and startedto laugh like in a friendly way. You also said no its okay . I used to go to this location but stopped about 6 months ago. The food was always good but the customer service, order accuracy... and extreme delays all became too much for me. However, I recently tried this location again and it was probably the bestexperience I've ever had there. There is a new manager there, I think he said his name was Dustin. He was amazing. Food was good but they messed up my order, second time this has happened. Supposed to have been a 4pc all dark instead I... received 2 breast and 2 wings, someone can not identify chicken pieces. I placed a mobile order through the app. When I went inside to get it it took about eight minutes for someone to even greet me.... They were all running around crazy. It was a little busy but I don?t know if maybe they were understaffed. I ended up waitingabout 20 minutes in the store for two sandwiches and two fries.
