I wanted to just express the gratitude for Rose today at this location. The cook left her in a real bad spot today. They were so... behind. But bc of Rose?s positive attitude and patience she handled everything so great. Like a boss!! We as customers love whensomeone like her takes charge of a bad situation and turns into a positive one. My family and I went inside to order because we?ve seen that it takes them a long time if you wait in the drive thru. But when... we ordered inside there was only 2 people and it still took them about 20 minutes to prepare the food. Then once we did get thefood they gave me the wrong side.Don?t get me wrong, the food tasted good and it was hot. But I worry about how sanitary thekitchen is, according to FDA gloves aren?t required but hairnets or head coverings are and no one was wearing one. These people are hilarious! ???? they made us wait 12 minutes in the drive through before letting us order. Then made us park... and wait 33 minutes. They were laughing and talking to each other not wanting to work. Super disappointed in this location.Please just get new management. This was pathetic. We ordered two 16 piece meal deals totaling 80+ dollars. What we received was 28 piece of chicken. Major of the chicken was... wings and drum sticks. The coleslaw sides were only 3/4 full. The employees weren't rude. I didn't mind waiting for the amountof time we did because it was a large order the only issue we had was if I pay for 32 piece of chicken I expect to get 32 piecesand full side. Come Popeyes if you're going to make the majority of the chicken wings and drum sticks tell that to the customer.Would I be return here again I think so. They may as well close this place. A couple of months ago, I went there to eat. The doors were locked at 8:30 PM. I decided to... go through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and nobody answered. I would've left but there was a vehiclebehind me. Then an employee came out of the back door and he said just drive up to the window and order. I was in the linealmost 40 minutes and again, I would have left, but there were cars behind me, so I was stuck. When I got to the window, thegirl simply said they were closed. I asked her how she could let someone wait in line that long, without any indication theywould never let you order at the window. At first they gave me attitude, telling me how rough their day was. To her credit, shegave me an order that someone had got tired of waiting on and left. Today at 2:30 PM, I went inside to order an all white combo,and was told all they had was dark meat. No indication that they could cook more. I told him, "why couldn't I order white meat?He said all we have is dark. I just told him if they only had dark meat, what kind of restaurant was this? He just said sorry,all we have is dark. I walked out and went across the street to KFC and got just what i wanted in 2 minutes, from friendlyemployees. Your store has different employees anytime I go there and looked overstaffed and yet you can't get good, friendlyservice, most of the time. Ordered an 11 piece for $13.99 (though board advertised 10 pc/$11.99 in drive thru) 6 biscuits/honey and a side of macaroni. I... asked for 2 mild pieces/9 spicy and this chicken was unlike any chicken I have ever eaten @ Popeyes!Mild/spicy looked and tasteddone but not seasoned/fully breaded. Looked like the pieces missed a dipping in milk/seasoned flour. The biscuits were hard asrocks with no butter. Could only eat a quarter size piece in the middle. On top of that, I did not receive a receipt in my bagbut was charged ~$19.51 for chicken/biscuits but later charged $22.81 after she added the side of macaroni. Not pleased with thechicken, at all.
