Aside from their long wait times at the drive thru, this place never fails to get our order wrong. They always leave out items... that have been ordered prompting me to get back in line to ask for what I paid for. Today my husband went and ordered 2 largemac and cheese and each one had only 1 small scoop in there. It was a joke. We tried calling a handful of times to let themknow, but no one ever answered the phone. That will be the last time our family ever orders from this location. Ngl all these other 5 star reviews are probably just because they placed a sign at the window that claims ?leave 5 star review... get free cheese cake apple pie or side? cause let me tell yeah my experience was no where near 5 stars. The only person who wasactually helpful was Robert he was the only guy who looked like was actually trying. Half the staff was smoking and joking whilethe others were inside struggling (2 employees). I came back to get a missing item after I had realized it when I got home (mymistake should?ve checked) and also really poorly portioned sides. It?s like if some one had used tablespoon to ration thesides. Then again Robert was there to help me with my items. Seems like the only reason this place is still open is cause it?sthe only Popeyes for a good couple of miles. The chicken was cold, fries seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp forhours. You got delicious fried chicken and great location. 2 in 1 place. One of the nicest Popeyes restaurants in the west side of SA.... Must go and check it out. We came in and ordered a newly fresh deep fried 5 pcs spicy chicke mix. They were the bomb. So crispyand so flavory. Highly recommended for any fried chicken lovers or chicken in general. Walked in during lunch time was super busy! Charles in the front greeted us with a smile! The entire team in the back are full... of energy they are fast and precise with our orders my brothers and I. I couldn?t belive how quickly they all work together as ateam. Let me start by saying I was a big Popeyes fan. I stopped going there cause it was going down hill for awhile. I decided to give... it one more try and just like I thought it was terrible. My chicken was burnt and I ordered an 8 piece nugget only 4 werehalfway edible. I took a bite of one and the whole thing crumbled in my mouth. I went out of my way to go to this Popeye's location because my usual location is always messing up my order, but this one might... just be worse. I ordered two spicy tender combos both with mashed potatoes but received mild instead of spicy, and only onemashed potatoes. I also ordered, and paid for, an extra side of fries and a biscuit but did not receive either. They also forgotstraws for the drinks and only gave me two ranches for ten tenders. I drove back from my place to ask them to make it right andwhile the manager did give me a couple extra biscuits and an apple pie, they still forgot my fries. I couldn't help but noticea sign advertising a free side if you leave a five star review on Google. Unfortunately this was far from five star service. I placed a drive thru order at 14:05. After waiting 18 minutes I finally got my order brought to me. I was missing a large fries... so I went back through the drive thru and was rudely asked to repeat my order and asked what the issue was they told to pull upto the window. When I get to the window the lady informs me new fries were just dropped and asked me to pull forward. Afterbeing at the restaurant over 25 minutes by this point I said no and was yelled at by the male manager.
