If the parking lot wasn't so clean I wouldn't give them ANY stars. Apparently counting items in the bag isn't apart of the job.... I ordered 2 fresh blackened chicken sandwiches and 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. The shrimp were like dry rubber....I'm 2sandwiches short and all I get from them is....OH, WELL CAN YOU COME BACK BY NO MATTER HOW FAR YOU LIVE.....Simple solution,just do your job because you guys WEREN'T that busy. I still don't understand how 3 of 4 red beans and rice smelled a littlespoiled. Maybe the Health Department needs to stop by. Pathetic...... Read more

Long line, slow service and the drive thru speaker wasn't working so I had to repeat my order multiple times as the employee got... more and more annoyed. The order was not correct, I didn't get spicy tenders, only regular the fries were few and cold. I alsodid not receive my side of red beans and rice. I looked at the receipt and the had mashed potatoes instead so it's a good thingI didn't get it. There was no customer service, only rudeness and annoyance that they actually had to do their job. I'll drivethe extra distance to go to another location for better food and service. Read more

Jeremy, the manager, was providing, accommodating, and outstanding. His staff follow his lead and welcomed us in. He opened the... lobby for a group of 25+ people, saw the opportunity and didnt look back. Chicken was crispy and hot. 10/10 would eat again. Read more

Jeremy the store manager was professional, accommodating and a class act. We came with a group of 25+ and Jeremy reopened the... restaurant to take advantage of a revenue growth opportunity. This is world class leadership and something a franchisee shouldconsider increasing pay for. I will be coming again, and referring many others to take their business to Popeyes at the Rim. Read more

This Popeye's is awful. Their customer service needs alot of working on. The staff is very rude. First time I went through the... drive-thru the girl took my payment and shut the window with attitude. Gave me my card back and never once looked back. Justsat in her chair (yes chair) and ignored us. I just wanted to ask for napkins and didn't get the chance because she basicallythrow my bag at me and closed the window very quickly. Second time and it will be my last, I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minsbefore anyone asked for my order. I even said hello and got told to hold on. When I got to the window pretty much the sameservice but this time the lady shut the window and turn her back( towards the window) and never moved until the bag was handedto her from another employee. I checked to make sure we had our sides in the bag before i left because I rushed during theordering process when she left the window right away. Seems like their employees really hate their jobs. It's doesn't stopthere, when we got home our order of tenders where more like nuggets and left over scraps of chicken. We called and they offera refund but when we went back to the restaurant my husband was automatically given attitude by the women in the drive-thruabout how she made the order herself. False, because she had her back towards the window the whole time and was talking withthe manager who was getting drinks during our visit. All and all I don't recommend EVER. Read more

**Mold on Buns** When I went inside it took at least 3 mins before anyone approached me. I asked for Manager and it took... another two minutes even though a Woman in the back Had on a "Manager Work shirt" she just kept on working in the back. AnotherWoman by the Name of Paula Finally came up from the back. I had previously seen her outside dumping trash. She asked if she canhelp me and I told her what was going on, and asked for a Manager. She then proceeded to talk to the Woman in the back with"Manager shirt" saying "Keisha, ain't you the manager!" Keisha responded with "I ain't the manager!" Paula attempted to help mebut needed the key for a refund. Keisha came to the front FINALLY but then Berated her in front of myself and my son and 3other customers. "YOU Hush! Be QUIET!" are just the beginning of the words Keisha said Loudly as if scolding a child. She thenwent to the Drive thru window and "attempted" to get me a refund. The Drive Thru attendant gave me the refund receipt. NOT ONCEDID THE MANGER ( or Woman with the Manager key and Manger shirt) APOLOGIES OR OFFER ANY WORDS FOR THE MOLD FOOD. SHE LET HEREMPLOYEES HANDLE THE SITUATION. And honestly it wasn't really handled. It was like a kindergarten class room with Grown Adults bumping heads. My apologies for the employees working there with their head down. Horrible environment, negativity high, andobvious Bullying. If you have teenagers working here get them out. Read more

Staff is very rude and you can tell they're lazy. Was the only car in the drive thru and it took them 5 minutes just to answer. ... Lady who appeared to be the manager just practically threw the food in my face like it was such a bother. Thought I come andread the other reviews and sure enough most if them are on point. I recommend the locally owned Churches on Babcock and 1604where they're much friendlier and won't ruin your day. Read more

Horrible! The chicken nuggets were heavily breaded! The premium lemonade was lack luster! The fish sandwich wasn?t half bad!... They just could seem to understand : one sandwich with tarter sauce and one with out. They could not print a receipt! Next timeI?ll starve if I?m hungry! Read more
