I ordered a chicken and bacon pizza on the site and I received a chicken, mushroom and Alfredo pizza which I?m allergic to and... would never order. When I called I was told it doesn?t show on the site that the mushroom and Alfredo would come on thereregardless. Nothing was offered except for me to come and get a new pizza and they don?t have delivery. I basically had to askhow I can get a refund for a pizza I?ll never be able to eat and I was met with sighs and told to go on the site to request mymoney back. I wish i could leave no stars. We ordered from this place 2 nights in a row hoping to have a better experience the second time.... The first night we ordered and got there at the estimated pick up time and they hadnt even been made. The second time we gotthere 10 minutes late only to find our pizzas no where in sight. As they scrambled to make our pizzas another customer came inclaiming they had been given the wrong order. The manager waited all of 2 minutes and suddenly our pizzas were ready. My husbandcame out to hand me the pizzas which were cold....we were given the pizzas that were brought in by the other customer. This isdisgusting. I will not be ordering from this location again.
