I placed an online pizza order and paid for it when I got to the store. Upon arrival I paid $10.82 then the pizza was presented... incorrectly. I was very nice and professional, the cashier tried to be accommodating, however, when the manager was asked tocome upfront she was immediately. I told her that I had no problem in waiting for it to be remade but she refused. Then sherefused to refund my money. I left the incorrect pizza on the counter. I went home and immediately sent an email to thecorporate office and today got this survey. It may have only been $10.82, however, it's the principle of making the ordercorrectly is the point at the end of the day. Read more

Lauren from the Babcock location in San Antonio is the most rude, I placed my order through Pizza Hut online and they ended up... sending me a DoorDash driver I was never notified of this change if not I would?ve requested for the order to be canceledbecause we have a lot of problems with DoorDash. How dare yall treat hospital staff so poorly. My RN ordered pizza for her nursing staff and was told to be outside for the... delivery driver. When she went down she was told they waited 10 minutes. I have the call record. The driver waited less than 6minutes. So not only did my staff have to rush for lunch elsewhere. You wasted food at your establishment for no reason. I wouldthink your management is better than that especially being in a medical district. Completely disappointed No money lost on ourend, but yall definitely lost a customer. Management needs to talk to their drivers about their patience for sure. Read more

First as I pulled up an employee (driver) came out right away to greet me and ask if I was doing curbside. After ordering... online, I went inside to make my payment and the gentleman at the counter was pleasant and accommodating. He is one of the guysalways working there and getting things done.Quick and stress free. I am busy and don't have to worry about mishaps here! Thanksfor being awesome... Read more

I showed up at my scheduled time for pickup. There was a slight error in that my order had been accidentally canceled. The staff... were prompt and attentive and aware of the problem from the time I arrived. They made sure the order was made promptly,correctly, and even brought it out to my car and discounted for the inconvenience. The two people working at this store werewonderful and I absolutely will return. Their customer service was of the highest caliber. Read more

Looks like there's cut backs happening at Pizza Hut... Opened the box to one pepperoni on each slice and a few of the other... toppings. Also paid extra for the pan crust and it's not cooked correctly. Looked forward to a treat all week, and didn't getmuch. Read more
