Not a very quality experience for this location. Personal experience was lukewarm food served late dispite three hour schedule... online order in advance. Many platitude of apologies empty of conviction were made and offers to, "make it right next time." Were given. So the response is spend more money and we'll do better? Pizza was undercooked and dry. When calling to get a refund, the General Manager and cashier were rude and refused to refund me.... They expected me to dig the pizza out of the trash and waste gas just to take it back. Horrible customer service. I recommendgoing somewhere else. Read more
In order to achieve strongly agree recommendation Pizza would have to be fully cooked properly still edible because of appetite... have consumed better product in past not sure exactly what happened that evening ,sloppy presentation. Read more
It didn't let me down. I was craving some pizza so my wife and I went to Pizza Hut. I usually tend to stay away from Pizza Huts,... but I'm glad we went to this one. The dinner is closed, so honestly that's the only reason why I gave it 4 out of 5stars. Anywho, the customer service was excellent and pretty fast. Especially for everything we ordered. 15 - 20 minutes, but Ibelieve ended up being about 17. We got a medium meat lovers pizza, some burning hot Buffalo wings (they were pretty spicy), anda creamy chicken Alfredo with breadsticks. The food was great and thanks to Celine and Justine we got the best customer serviceand was informed about some extra sauces we could get. The best Pizza Hut experience by far. Read more
Worst the pizza was not even made all the way right. Called to make a reorder and the manager says they wont charge us a service... fee charge. Wth you guys have one job to make a pizza and can't even do that right. Manager says we are making them fresh thistime. What they were raw!!. Read more
I had an absolutley TERRIBLE experience at this pizza hut. Me and my bf ordered online and it took about 45 min to get here... which isnt too bad. We opened our pizza and one was sausauge when it was supposed to be cheese. (Me and him are vegetarian) sowe call and ask them to deliver another. They say itll be 20 min. 45 min later and about 10 min before their location closes itsstill not there so I try to call a few times and no one answered. The location is near my house so I go there and give them thesausage pizza and ask for a refund. Well the pizza is already out for delivery now so I cant get a refund. I get home and myboyfriend has the pizzas (they did give us one extra for free) but the cheese pizza they gave us after an hour and a half wasRIDICULOUSLY DISSAPOINTING. (Picture attached) We paid $2 for extra cheese btw. After contacting corporate and STILL notgetting a response from the store, i went over myself after 10 DAYS. The only reason I give them 2 stars was because theirmanager was very helpful, friendly, and upset and offered to remake us our pizza or a refund. Read more
Wouldn?t recommend dining here. Came here with my wife on Sunday night to dine in. Informed the lady at the front we?d be dining... in and asked if that was okay she said yes we waited about 15 minutes while several employees stood around and no one came togive us menus and drinks.
