They only had 2 employees working at the time and they still let me and my family dine in. The pizza and wings were pricey, but... it was worth it. There isn't anything better then a pizza right out of the oven. I dont remember the name of the guy that helpeduse that day, but he was real good. Thanks for letting us dine in. wish i could give 0 stars. have had several issues with this location from a rude staff that hangs up the phone when they answer... and don't want to take an order, to burnt pizza, to them just cancelling my order with out bothering to inform us until wecalled an hour later asking about the order. Just be careful with the way you order. EVEN if you place your order at 647pm, and you call the store to change to delivery at... 648, even if it's about 30 seconds later... they will tell you "the pizza is already in the oven, so we can't change it". Theyare liars! I did get a refund on my cash app card since I wasn't able to pickup, but the fact they said they couldn't change itsixty seconds after placing the order is awful, as if they could make a pizza that quickly. ???? and so many options removed!I'd literally rather have a Hot n Ready pizza from Little Caesars. The girl who answered the phone wasn't helpful either withwhat happened, all she said was "we can't change it"... ok well "I can't pick it up" ???? insane... they both lost money "makingthe pizza" and in the future, I will never ever order from pizza hut again and looking at y'all's recent reviews, shouldprobably just shut down. Not sure who hired Teresa as the manager but she has no manager skills whatsoever. I hope she finds the help she needs in order... to fulfill her duties of being a pizza maker at a pizza joint. Got a hair stuck in my food a while back and was told we can haveour order made again whenever we?d like and she claims they do not do that. Please remover her from this position and place herin a lesser role to help her realize her actions. Read more
The absolute worst most unprofessional staff that we've ever had to work with. This is the absolute opposite of what a Pizza Hut... should strive to be. We received a pizza that was... I'll just say "sub par". We called to get a replacement and spoke to themost unprofessional "manager" (Toni?). Please hire better staff. Read more
So far the BEST pan pizza we have had from a Pizza Hut. The dough tasted fresh, it was baked to perfection, with perfect,... sauce to cheese to topping ratio. They were short staffed and busy as hell, but they did an amazing job and were on top of it. Read more
I ordered 1 pizza @8:17pm they told me it would be ready in 15 min . I didn?t leave until 9. For one pizza . It was supposed to... be pineapple and bacon and there was no bacon. Told me I couldn?t get a refund only store credit . Then asked me what was Iwaiting for . My pizza been sitting in the warmer and I couldn?t get a refund. Ridiculous I won?t be coming here again.
