The pizza dough was fermented. My pizza tasted disgusting. No manager present, my complaint was taken semi seriously.
Do not order from this store. General manager will deny any problems with your order and is constantly rude. He makes it a... hassle to replace your order by making you give him your original order without any compensation for the mess up. When theyreplace it they will skimp on your cheese or sauces and will not provide any solutions to get a refund. Save yourself thetrouble and go to another location. Read more
I was watching football this afternoon and saw a commercial for the detroit style pizza. Being from Michigan, I grew up eating... Detroit style pizza, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, they we?re pulling my pizzas out of the oven. They thenstarted to pour room temperature sauce on top of the pizza. I couldn?t believe my eyes. When I got home, I may have endured oneof the worst pizza experiences of my life. It did not resemble a Detroit style pizza at all. The pizza was undercooked, thesauce tasted lukewarm and the crust didn?t even come close to a Detroit style crust. It was a soft undercooked dough crust. Mykids said it reminded them of lunch school pizza and that Little Caesar?s deep dish was way better and I would agree. My complaint is for the store located at 15045 Jones Maltsberger Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247. I was yelled at by the manager for... not parking in the spaces in front of the store for pick-up. I tried to tell her the spaces were full because only two existed.The only ones left were 4 marked for handicapped. She sharply yelled at me to park in front or I cannot get my pizza from herstore anymore. Even know the parking lot is large around the side of the front door she said I cannot park there. She complainedI needed to learn to use my phone and instead of calling the store to say I was ready in the parking lot I needed to learntechnology. I never received an email or a phone call for my order. This ruined my night. I wish I had yelled back or told herto not speak to me that way. My husband and I used to order from this place all the time especially with delivery. Their pizzas were always very good and the... service has always been great! However, the last few times we?ve ordered, their pizza has had very little sauce and very littletoppings. The wings also have a funny smell. The first time this happened, I had ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. I swear itwas mostly a cheese pizza with one slice of pepperoni on each slice. We ordered one more time thinking it was just that onetime, but it wasn?t. This time we ordered a spicy double pepperoni pizza. It definitely wasn?t doubled and it had more pepperslices than pepperoni. Sadly, the pizza here is just not the same anymore. Read more
This Pizza Hut location is usually pretty amazing. But the last pizza I bought was a three topping tastemaker on pan crust. And... what I got was a pan crust with very little sauce and very few toppings. I was not impressed. Hopefully it was just a fluke butnow I feel the need to call in my order and express the importance of making my pizza right rather than ordering online. Read more
2 pizzas with hardly any sauce on them. Worst pizza I've ever had. Wife and kids waited for it. The kids wouldn't even eat it.... Also one of the employees in there was just staring at her with a mean face. Waste of time and money. Read more
The worst!!! Their app is totally screwed. I have their useless points. In order to redeem the points you have to make another... order and pay a 5 dollar delivery fee. It's a scam. This company is involved in price scamming the customer. We just ordered ourlast pizza from here. They won't care but trust me when you spend as much as we do and get scammed you will not want to use thispizza hut. Read more
