Paid 30$ and was given dry burnt food. When asked for it to be remade had to argue with the manager on duty (alice) because she... didn't feel the food was burnt. And as I advised her, weather you feel it's burnt or not the customer is giving the order backand requesting it to be remade. I'm the one that bought it and I should be able to have edible food without having to argueabout how she feels. She remade the order and talked to us very disrespectful. Highly do not recommend this pizza hut due to herattitude. And they should really look into who they have representing their company as she is a awful leadership and if shetreats customers like this I could only imagine how the employees are treated. We decided to give this store another chance last night and they royally messed it up. The thin crust pizza we order was rancid.... They didn?t bring part of our order, which included cheese sticks with extra sauce cups. The Cinnabon rolls we ordered had ZEROicing on them and were over cooked. We tried calling them but they would not pick up, I?m guessing because it was so close toclosing time and they didn?t want to deal with it. This is so frustrating because it is definitely not cheap to order anythinganymore. We?ve been living here for more than a year now and have never gotten an order from this store that wasn?t messed up inone way or another. They like to forget sauces every single time, even though they charge .99¢ for each cup. They skimp oncheese, undercook and overcook items, and are generally just sloppy when assembling pizzas. When I call they always apologize,but refuse to give refunds. No more. I?ve already submitted multiple complaints about this location to corporate before, butthis time I?m going to contact the regional franchising representative to complain. This store is not up to the same standardsas other Pizza Huts and corporate should really investigate this quality issue. Read more
The guy at the front taken our order was very rude and never looked at us, he was not help when we asked what drinks they had,... he just said we have pepsi products. Will never come back if in this area. Rude staff for sure. Read more
Online order was delivered within the time frame and the pizza was exactly what I ordered. The pepperoni pizza was great for the... kids and the toppings for the supreme pizza was a fair amount. Thank you for your excellent service! Read more
