This location is the best Pizza Hut location I?ve gone to in over ten years. The staff seem to love working here and take pride... in the quality of their food. This is not always something you see in fast food joints, but of the 3 times I?ve ordered forvarious events the food arrives ON TIME and very quickly. The food is restaurant fresh, toppings on point, the temperature ishot, and actually delicious. I?m not sure I can credit the difference in all other locations except for the staff. Event theboneless wings where moist and perfectly coated. I?m at a list for words because I feel like I?m taking about a sit-downrestaurant, Michelin Star place or something, and realistically it is Pizza Hut, BUT somehow it tastes better. I've ordered from here several times and normally it was okay and sometimes bad...we ordered yesterday 2 pizzas over the phone... for pick up and it was The Best we've ever had. I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut on Bulverde 12/31/21, I found a hair embedded in my boneless chicken wings which is so... disgusting. The way the restaurant chose to handle the situation was 2 refund me $3.25 instead of comping the entire order. Thereason I say that is because if there was hair in the boneless chicken wings there is no telling what else has hair in it and toadd insult to injury they acted as if they could care less.
