Never again. Text said the pizza was out for delivery at 5:43. Called at 6:40 and they had lost my pizza somewhere. The only... option I was given was to send it out again. Horrible. I'm at a loss for words. We've been ordering from Pizza Hut for years, but since moving to the service area of the... the Canyon Golf Rd. Pizza Hut, we've had a poor experience. Orders are wrong about half the time. We haven't been reimbursedfor items not delivered even after calling. Tonight was a real shock though. Order for 2 pizzas placed at 7:55pm. Textmessage received from Pizza Hut at 8:04pm that pizza would be arriving via DoorDash at 8:43pm. At 9:02pm I call the number tothe DoorDash driver provided in the text and it goes to voicemail. I then call the store and am told "Oh, yeah we don't haveany drivers tonight so we're using DoorDash. They were supposed to pick up the order but they never did." So no phone call? Cool, thanks. What's the back-up plan? I'm told we can cancel the order or pick it up ourselves. Now, I'm finally irritatedenough with all the little things over the past few months on top of the complete failure tonight that I asked to speak to amanager. I'm then told that I've already been speaking to Daniel, the manager. When I ask Daniel why there have been so manyissues with this Pizza Hut recently, he says nothing at all, no response. I ask, "So how can we get this better? What can youdo to make it up to the customer for all of this?" He responds "We can cancel your order." When I ask "Are you serious, that'sit?" he just hangs up on me. Click. I understand being short-staffed and having to improvise with things like DoorDash fordelivery. But come on, this is just horrible customer service, above and beyond the typical excuses. It pains me to say it butit's obvious that it's time to switch to Dominoes or Papa John's. UPDATE: 3 days later spoke with General Manager George who atleast seemed to listen and apologized for the poor customer service. Says getting/keeping quality staff, particularly drivers,has been tough. Read more
If i could give no stars i would have. I quit ordering delivery from this place because they couldn't complete an order on time... or correctly. I ordered carryout, but was in a hurry and didn't check my order for what should have been wings....i got cheesesticks. I ordered carry out! The order was online, so I even removed one of the possibilities for you to screw this up. Iguess if i want a complete order from this place i need to drive up there and make it myself. For anyone who is thinking aboutPizza from this place, just go to Golden Chick right next door. The people are nice and they don't screw up their orders everysingle time....are ya'll even trying? The kid on the phone was a mess: Horrible customer service, would put the call on hold mid-sentence, messed up the payment info... several times, sent delivery driver to drop the pizza at the pool without us asking for that! After dealing with that guy, thisis the pizza we received. Read more
The pizza was undercooked and very greasy. All of the toppings were falling off. Very sad
I ordered food for friends at there house do you know we order the food and no pizza guy showed up after 10:40 rolled around we... gave up and went to whataburger. I will be calling that store tomorrow or after holidays. Read more
