Ordered over an hour ago only to be told that the DoorDash driver never picked up the order! I was told to call DoorDash and... place a complaint when I originally placed the order through Pizza Hut. Was advised that it would be another 30 min to wait forsomeone to deliver my order. Manager didn?t even bother offering a refund and the free food for the inconvenience since I didwait over an hour for nothing! Yet she only offered a $15 credit and still keep the order! Horrible service!!!! To make thestory short. I had a previous experience where I was offered store credit only to call next order and get told that there was noinfo of any credit given to me! So of course I?m going to deny $15 credit!! HORRIBLE!!! This franchise needs new management! Read more
I ordered green bell peppers on half of my pizza. You cannot tell me that no one saw these charred bell peppers as they were... boxing it and still gave it to me this way! So disappointing! It is burned you do not serve people this. I could of paid lesselsewhere and actually enjoyed my pizza. What is worse is that I see a few reviews complaining about the quality of what wasgiven to them and how some of the employees there are rude from months ago. Obviously nothing has changed. Read more
