Very satisfied with our order. This is now one of our favorite Pizza Hut locations. The gentleman who took my order was... courteous and polite. Sometimes when I walk into a pizza place I notice the establishment to be messy and unclean but this wasNOT the case here. Thank you for offering people a pizza place that is clean and delicious. I didn?t want to write a review, but the things I saw through drive up window were awful. We pulled up and waited about 4... minutes before any one even came to The window, all while 4 employees are walking around on their phone. Rebecca the manager wasalso just laughing with co workers. The customer service and cleanliness at this location are horrible. Employees feed offmanagement, and it doesn?t seem like the management cares so why should the employees. Read more

pizzas were hot and fresh. not overly cooked or burnt. pizzas were a little salty, but overall it was great. no problems at... store when picking up. completed time was what they quoted. customer service agents at restaurant were friendly and polite. willdefinitely make this my store! Read more

Placed an order for pick up one hour from the current time. Ordered special two larges three toppings for curbside, put in the... car details arrived 10 minutes early. Used app to notify I was there. Waited 10 more minutes, nothing. Sent son inside to checkon order manager told son they don?t have any orders. Sent son back in with email order receipt, all of a sudden they find theorder. We gather order and leave. On arrival home open boxes to find out that the two pieces within the boxes are not what weordered double check receipt to verify order was taken correctly it was. This place was great. On vacation in San Antonio ordered from the pizza hut that came up on website. Hoping for the best! This... location did not disappoint. It was easy to order and the delivery man was friendly, efficient and very professional. Woulddefinitely order from this location again. They delivered to the Hilton Resort and Spas.
