Let me start by saying, Brittany, at this Pilot Travel Center #306, takes her job seriously. Thank God! She cleans these showers... like no one's business but hers. I'm just saying. This young lady deserves a major appreciation gift, award, extra money,something because compared to the area travel centers, Brittany needs to have her own class on how to clean. Now all I need isfor corporate to go to Flying J's and other Pilots and just take a look please. I promise you, people would get fired on thespot. I'm switching to Love's travel center. This review is for the shower. No shower curtain or sliding door. Poor placement of water drain. They gave me a towel for a... floor mat but the second I set it down it's soaked in all the standing water! Pilot management, are you listening? You need todo better! Clean bathrooms, but broken pumps and high prices. The pump we used defaulted to more expensive gas every time we tried to... select 87, and the products inside were more expensive than at other locations. Nice, but needs some work. Enjoy! Read more
