Waited almost 2 hours to get a shower 7/17 214pm, definitely needs lots of improvements, more friendlier and cleaner is... definitely needed as well. On the other hand I have visited and used mostly all amenities, including Dennys, parking fuel etc.When coming in late at night, its a very slim chance to catch a parking spot, but service is lots better, the night crew seemsto be handling things pretty well.. Every time we come here the trash is piled high! I wonder when they clean the parking lot and empty the trash?
Parked truck without being in anyone's way, out of way of anyone, had a chubby little power tripping security guard run up with... a flashlight and say rudely that we cannot stay there or he will call cops for the night even tho there was plenty of parkingavailable. Do not go here, they are rude and threaten and escalate the situation even if you talk calmly with them. Never comingto this pilot stop ever again..best to go across the street to TA and give them your money. Read more
Terrible customer service. I was just awakened 3 hours into my ten hour break by their security guard, on orders from... management, to move from my spot. This is after a 16 hour work day - they were my last delivery as I ran out of driving time.Yes, I work for and deliver for Clean Energy Liquid Natural Gas. I have a Clean Energy tanker that looks EXACTLY like the tanksthat I fill on this location. I am (Clean Energy drivers are) the only person/persons allowed to park, off-loading or not, inthis loading zone. I was told that I could park in their "reserve parking"... I had to call Clean Energy management and havethem call flying J management to explain why I am the only one allowed to park in this spot. Now, after I'm awake and my tenhour break is up at 0116, they've decided it's ok for me to stay and park here..... I REALLY don't like this stop - because oftheir management. I refuse to use their scales to close out my delivery and give them any of my money. I drive down the road toa competitor. Sorry for the rant. I'm sure it's just the lack of sleep. Read more
If it happens to need a parking spot on weekends, good luck! Locals park their equipment, even a few trailers taking the spaces.... Even in the week time is filling fast, in the afternoon you'll find only paid parking spots, but this is normal for a big citytruck stop. Nice people, showers ok. Read more
