"buffalo wings" came with VERY little to no sauce at all. I don't know how anyone thinks this is a good idea or that this looks... like what you advertise. Who ever cuts the pizza clearly has no idea what they are doing. Last but not least, the deliveryperson has to walk my food to my location. And yes my food was cold. This is insane and idk how anyone can think this is howbusiness should be done. Probably my last time I will ever order from Pappa John's in general ever again. Read more
Called in an order. Gave all my info. Was never told I had to use specific data. I advised her I work the front desk. Waited an... hour and I called to check my order. The guy who answered said he canceled my order since I used a hotel phone number and theywouldn't be able to reach my unless they had my personal number. I work the front desk. I answer the phone, they would be ableto reach me and I was never asked for my personal number and I told the woman it was the number to the front desk. All he saidto that was sorry I canceled it. Should have stuck to pizza classics. I haven't ordered from papa johns for years and I won't bedoing it again in the future. Read more

The guy there is always nice, I usually get carryout after my kids Dr appointment it's a nice treat. The pizza looks and tastes... good, cheese stuffed is better than other chain Pizza. Love the green peppers and garlic butter that come with all pizza.Yummy!! Read more

They forgot my food. 2 1/2hrs after I called, delivered me a cold pizza, forgot my wings. I paid $40 for a cold pizza(I tipped... the driver $5) spoke to the manager Jack Rose who acknowledged their mistake who assured me I could reorder again and get a $40credit. I spoke to the same manager tonight and only wanted to comp wings. I've spent crazy money here but won't order again. * Update: the owner of the store contacted me. I spoke to the GM Garrett tonight and he was so apologetic and professional. Heremade my order and sent me extra wings. I really appreciate their efforts in fixing the mistake. Thanks guys! Read more
