Customer service was awful. Order pizza in advance showed up to purchase. Pizza was given away. GM wouldn't give a partial... discount for waiting more time. I have never been to a fast food restaurant when the error was from them and wouldn't give apartial refund for the inconvenience. I try to order a pizza over the phone and pick it up but they didn?t answer. I live next door so it was easy for me to go and... place the order but in a bad mood the two workers told me that it was close even though that the door was open. Omg ! Cannot believe this I ordered my pizza & wings at 7:20 pm and didn?t get it delivered till 8:40 pm !!! Bad delivery... drivers !! First of all I don?t really care for the flavor of your pizza, this was the first time I ordered from your business and it was... the most horrible experience. The only reason I was basically forced to order is cause you are the only pizza company thatopens at 10. I called to have 4 pizzas delivered to my daughter who is a teacher at a daycare. I asked the person thatanswered if the pizza can be delivered by 11 since that is there lunch time. She guaranteed it will be delivered before 11. Ichecked the status at 11:18 and still not delivered. I called to speak to a manager and I informed him of my issue. Hisresponse was, I don?t know why the people in the Philippines would tell you that cause there were orders before yours. Hedidn?t offer any kind of complimentary, just blamed the Philippines. Service was absolutely Horrible by John who works at the NW military dr. Location in SA Tx . He was Beyond rude and had the... Nastiest tone in his voice and handling me as a customer, because of the complaint I had. I requested that my wings be overcooked but not burnt just crisped more. Instead He chose to argue with me about the wings instead of making the correction andsatisfying me. He told me the wings come already cooked but I expressed to him that evidently this batch wasn?t cooked as wellas it could have been , bottom line my request was simple I asked him if he could remake my order and run it through longer thanthe normal, He refused and never showed no remorse or apologized he simply did not care about my satisfaction concerning thewings . Very poor food presentation... i was delivered a pizza that had little topping for a meatball pepperoni specialty pizza... where... is the pepperoni ?! to top it off, i ordered garlic knots and they are burnt and hard... very disappointed... now i'm on holdfor over 10 minutes trying to complain about their poor food quality... unacceptable... I don't know how long it takes a pizza to get cold, but I know how much time they used. While the pizza was a 78 degrees, I... would like to say on a positive note, once reheated, it was delicious. The commercial does promise better ingredients, not hotingredients. Read more
