This is one of the most disorganized, improperly trained employees, chaos clustered pizza places that I have ever been to ever. ... I placed my order online and then drove there. The place is about 15 minutes away. When I arrived there was only 1 othercustomer waiting. There were 2 employees; a young kid making the pizzas and a dishevelled female employee. After a few minutesthe female asked my name so she she could check the orders. Afterwards she said "Oh, I was just going to start on your order." After +15 minutes or so, I finally see her place the pizza in the oven. So now I know it's gonna be a while. She assured me itonly takes 8 minutes. So I step outside and after about 5 minutes I get a text saying my pizza was placed in the oven and thatit takes approximately 8 minutes to cook. After 13 minutes I re-enter the place and I don't see my pizza anywhere. I was alittle upset with the poor customer service and I ask the female employee about my order. I even mentioned that I had receiveda recent text saying the pizza was ready! Nope. No such luck. She tells me "Look, we're trying to get all the orders done. Be patient and I will get your pizza ready once it comes outta the oven. Thank you.". So now I realize that I already paid,she's not in a hurry, and I'm just gonna have to grin and bear it. Finally, yes finally, my pizza is done. I grabbed my pizzaand left. The total time lapse was about 45 minutes. Ironically when you place an order online they ask for a "TIP" inadvance!!! Not happening......avoid this place unless you're a glutton for bad customer service. Read more

Garbage. Please avoid this place at all cost! Undercooked pizza after an hour and a half wait for delivery. Driver even said... that it was just him and 1 other person working and that they were slammed. To top it all off, we didn?t get the correct order(charged for a specialty pizza and received undercooked garbage). Read more

Absolutely the worst experience I have had in many decades. The manager Randy was very adversarial and certainly was not... pleasant. He refused to correct an order. He had no customer service skills what so ever. Read more

Not gonna lie probably the worse customer service I?ve ever experienced and I work for the post office??. These guys could care... less about customers in their lobby. I witnessed roughly 18 people come in and not even be acknowledged. So sad I usually getdelivery but I?ll be sure to no longer come to this location. Read more

The staff at this location are Amazing and really came through for us! I placed a large delivery order for my son?s birthday... party. Chris the General manager attended to all my requests and was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, a terrible storm withflooding occurred during my son?s party causing multiple power outages not at our event thankfully but unfortunately at thisPapa John?s location. I received a courtesy call from Chris when it occurred letting me know that there would be a delay in thedelivery but that they were still going to complete my order. I?m still not sure how they got it done but I applaud them for it!Our pizzas arrived (delivered by a very nice and apologetic delivery driver) just a couple of minutes later! Thank you PapaJohn?s!!! I?d like to give proofs to the manager on duty, staff and driver for correcting a mistake made by an offsite order taker via... phone. One of two pizzas we ordered was not what we ordered so I called the store nearby delivery and the manager promptlyanswered to my issue, asking how it can be fixed. No hesitation, no questions, no problems, simple and to the solution. Not longafter my request for the correct pizza was delivered with again, no hassle. I can only imagine the amount of times this justhappen with off site operators and the stores take the ?hit? for it. This store shouldn?t, not under tonight?s management atleast. Walked into this location two different times and the person (different people each time) who took our order was sooooo rude.... Strait faced as I smiled and said hello . Asked question such as am I able to get this or that on that pizza? Didn?t answer thequestion just said ?add topping? ?..my friend also ordered a pizza and asked questions didn?t answer the questions. I?ve neverseen anyone be so prune faced and monotone in customer service. The pizza is good I mean cmon it?s papa Johns but I?ll rememberto drive out of my way to try and go somewhere where the employees give common Courtesy. Speak when spoken to? Customer smilesand says hello perhaps smile back and not just stair and look down at your register? All outside lights are turned off so itlooks closed. Read more

Pizza came cold and was wrong. I ordered original they sent this thin crus cold hard abomination. I called to ask them to either... correct the order or give a refund they refused saying they were closed. Store hours showed they don?t close for another 40minutes and the call number was still active. Making formal complaint and disputing the credit card charge.
