I just ordered a pizza for carry out tonight. 9/30/2022 They were super swamped and it took way longer than expected. I?m... rating this 5 ?????????? Because everyone in there was working as hard as they could and they were SO NICE and had such GREATattitudes even though they were super stressed out. I?m home now with my pizza. It?s hot, fresh and exactly what I ordered. They?ve definitely improved over the last year. I used to always order from this Papa John?s when I worked in the officebecause it was easy to pick up on my way home. I stopped ordering from them because they were not making great pizza for a goodwhile. It seems like they are back to what they used to be!! Thanks y?all for great pizza tonight! Y?all were super friendlyand I know it?s hard when people are rude and you?re doing everything you can. I will say I miss having actual Papa John?sdrivers deliver my pizza. This new DoorDash delivery is not good for Papa John?s. I believe Door Dash is great for some placesbut if you were ever used to pizza delivery like it has been for 30+ years, Door Dash is lame. It?s rarely delivered in lessthan 1.5 hours. Might as well just pick it up like I did. Otherwise it won?t be fresh or hot. Absolutely awful pizza tonight. Barely any cheese on some slices despite ordering extra cheese. Pizza dough not fully cooked... one other pizza. Pizza was barely warm upon delivery. Won?t be ordering from here for a while to see if things change downthe road Read more
Hadn't ordered from Papa John's in years because of lousy service and product. Tried again last night and while the pizza... arrived inside the timeline the website said it was be, it was cold and had to be microwaved. Cold pizza not acceptable andmicrowaved pizza less than ideal. Won't order from here again. Read more
This is the first bad experience I?ve had at a Papa John?s and the first time I have ordered from this location. Both pizzas... were inedible. They were not cut at all. We had to use a steak knife to cut them into pieces. There was no garlic sauce ineither box. There were several places in the pizza where the sauce and the toppings did not even connect to the dough. You couldseparate the crust leaving the entire top free to slide around. The dough had the consistency of very hard cardboard. My soncannot even eat a single piece because he said it hurt his teeth. I ordered a pizza and it sat in "Prepared" for over 45 minutes. I then contacted the manager and he said they were short... staffed. I was then informed that the driver was headed back and would be next on the delivery. I watched on the new app andwatched the driver make several other stops ahead of me. After an hour an a half, I cancelled the order as I didn't order coldpizza. if I wanted that, I would have saved several dollars and opened a frozen pizza. I called the Corporate line and they saidto enter a complaint and they would call within 48 hours. I asked how to get a fresh pizza delivered as I had family over andthey couldn't help. Fast service, new guy behind counter was trying very hard.and he asked one of the leads for help, she was rude and could be a... little nicer to the new hire from my point of view. He was polite and she could've taken some notes from him. The pizza wasgreat as well as the cheese bread and wings. Even with a special seemed a bit pricey for picking up too. Read more
