I used to love this location. Always hot fresh pizza and quick. I live half a mile from this location yet the last 3 times I... have ordered my pizza has been stone cold when it gets to me. I get messages that my pizza has left the store and 30 minuteslater it's still not here. I use the pizza tracker on the app shows my pizza 3 miles away from my house in another neighborhood.So my pizza is going on a scenic trip around San Antonio before getting to me yet I live only 0.6 miles from the store. Dominosis farther but at least my pizza arrives hot. This is my last Order with Papa Johns. Read more
Came in an hour before closing hours listed both online and on the phone line. Was informed ?they were closed for curbside? I... asked if we could order inside and was informed at that point they were completely closed. I asked what time they closed and Iwas told ?the systems are down we can?t take orders? not a single answer to a single question and the answers we were given justwe?rent good enough. Well... their website stated they offer carryout brought to your car. However due to staffing issues a makeshift papersign on... the door is not the right way to notify your guests you are not offering carryout at this time. I would have zero problem goinginside to pick it up had I been notified. Instead I waited for 20+mins after notifying the app that I arrived. Finally wentinside and was subjected to the worse custom service I have ever recieved and to top it off the pizza was horrible. Dry, old andnot at all what I expected from papa johns. Read more
My latest order(3rd time here) was okay. The first time was a pizza and I found that they made the pizza well and delicious but... the second time it was just okay. Didn't take a picture those times. I did the the 3rd time, in which I decided to try the sidesinstead of a pizza. The sides weren't bad I suppose. The jalepeno popper rolls, chicken poppers, and garlic parmesanbreadsticks. Popper rolls were good, chicken poppers seemed liked something I can just get at the freezer section in any grocerystore, and the breadsticks were a little sad. The breadsticks were good enough but from what I received, it would be better offbeing called garlic breadsticks. It's not bad at this location, just a bit inconsistent. Read more
We just ordered pizza here it got delivered 20 minutes ago and when we opened the pizza box we could tell immediately that the... pizza wasn?t fully cooked! It?s still doughy and I paid almost 50 dollars for my order! I?m so disappointed! Read more
Received confirmation email of order at 7:56pm, with delivery time of 103-113 minutes. Did not get my pizza until 10:18pm (142... minutes). I had the order delivered to a hotel, and the delivery address was changed to my suite #, which caused my driver to goa few miles in the opposite direction, which added about 10 minutes to the delivery time. When I got the order, my pizza wasbarely warm, there was nowhere near what I would call "extra pepperoni" (the same amount that we get on a regular order), andthe entire pizza had jalapeno instead of only half. The store did not give the driver my soda, so he returned later to deliverit. Read more
I?ve ordered from here frequently. Most of the time, they get it right for the most part. I mean, I honestly don?t think I... should be charged for sauce cups and NEVER get them. But, that?s here nor there. A dollar or two isn?t a big deal. Well,tonight, they didn?t do too well. My order was right but my pizza was legitimately stuck to the box. Okay, no big deal. I callit in. I talk to a lovely lady whom was too insignificant to remember her name. But,l proceeded to tell her the issue with mypizza, I get told ?The pizza is stuck to the box!?!!!! Hmmm. That?s impressive?. You know what is awesome? Waiting almost an hour for food and then the delivery driver showed up with someone else's order.... Then, proceeds to ask if I have cash app so he can refund your order. But wait there's more. When you call the store they knowthe driver left with the wrong order and say your food is on its way...... 20 minutes later on less than a 5-minute drive we getroom temperature food and undercooked dough. I thought it was just a mistake when a month ago a different driver handed me thewrong order and ran to his car and got my actual order, but I see that this place has gone way downhill. Read more
