Never got delivered, so I called and they were waiting for a Door dash driver. We don't do for dash since we saw one of them... eating from our order through the Ring camera. I explained that and that my husband was on his way to pick up... they said iffor dash gets here before him well have to use them. My husband got there first, but pizza was not only cold, it wasn't cut allthe way, not cooked "we'll done", and didn't have onion and peppers on only half the pizza. Very disappointed. Read more
Made Pizzas for our school preordered on app came early so they knew to start it then drove it over to our Leon Valley Christian... Academy private school. Got points on the app for our family $10 off a order for another day as well . $79.33 Got 5 large partypack pizzas plus cinnamon rolls y 1 xl Shaq-a-roni . I ordered several pizzas for a graduation (May 2022) party. I went in person, ordered and payed ahead of time and gave them when... I wanted it delivered. The food was late, had to call looking for food and was told there was no order. After arguing with rudepeople, we were told, oh yea we found it. I?ve ordered a square-cut pizza from this Papa John?s, twice. Both times they have failed to cut my pizzas into squares. It is... sad I have had to tell them to remake it on both occasions. Time and food was wasted due to incompetence, laziness, or both.This establishment needs better management. Read more
Ordered the new NY pizza over an hour ago (ordered time 4:42pm & arrived at 5:58pm) Got here rubbery, cold and dry. The "BOX"... was warm. Not to happy. I will definitely NOT order anything from here again. Read more
Papa John's took two hours to deliver a lukewarm pizza soaked in garlic butter sauce. Butter cup was smashed before deliver... soaking the box and pizza. I contacted customer service and all they said was sorry. No refund, no credit, no coupon, nothing. I don't recommend this place at all. Lousy service. Read more
I wouldn't give any stars if it let me still leave a review. Bulls*** place a delivery order at 1145 we get a notification at... 110 our order was canceled. No call to let us know why. Never again sticking with Pizza Hut Read more
